1. Use of the Service

Welcome to TriangleBG, a web application for generating and downloading modern low-poly triangle backgrounds.

By using the service, you agree not to violate any laws, abuse the platform, scrape the website, or redistribute premium downloads without permission.

2. Free and Paid Downloads

The service offers free low-resolution PNG downloads and paid high-resolution PNG and SVG exports.

Payments are processed securely through Stripe.

2.1 Pricing and Taxes All prices are listed in EUR. Applicable taxes, including VAT where required, are included/excluded as shown at checkout.

2.2 Delivery Paid files become available immediately after successful payment.

3. Refund Policy

Since digital files are delivered instantly, purchases are generally non-refundable. If you experience a technical issue, contact support and we will help resolve it.

4. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. TriangleBG is not responsible for interruptions, errors, loss of data, or damages resulting from use of the service.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the backgrounds you create. However, the software, interface, branding, and source code remain the property of TriangleBG.

6. License

You may use generated backgrounds in unlimited personal and commercial projects, including websites, apps, videos, social media, presentations, and client work.

You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or upload the original files to stock marketplaces, template marketplaces, or similar services.

You may modify the files.

7. Suspension and Abuse

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the service if a user violates these Terms, abuses the platform, attempts to scrape the website, or redistributes paid downloads without permission.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Milan, Italy.
